These terms cover your use of After Exposure and its website. After Exposure lets you browse, cull, geotag, and transfer photos on supported Apple devices. By using it, you agree to these terms.
You retain your rights to your photos and other content. You may use the app for personal or professional work, including clients' photos that you are authorized to handle. You are responsible for having permission to access, modify, transfer, and share the content you use.
You grant us no ownership of your photos by using After Exposure. We, the developers, do not receive, view, or have access to your photos through the app. The app processes and caches files on your device and sends them directly to destinations you choose. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, permissions, and third-party connections.
You choose the files, variants, destinations, and sharing options. Check those choices, including location metadata, before sending photos. File-format support and preservation of ratings, labels, and other metadata vary by destination.
Keep backups of important originals and verify the files in the receiving library before deleting your source copies. Transfers depend on your device, connection, available storage, and the receiving service. Interrupted or retried transfers can require attention or create duplicate files. The app's cache and transfer history are not a backup service.
Connected libraries, map services, and apps selected through the share sheet have their own terms, privacy policies, account requirements, and possible charges. You are responsible for your accounts and configured server addresses. We do not control those services or guarantee their availability or ongoing compatibility.
For copies obtained through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is supplied. These terms supplement that license and do not replace it. If they conflict on an app-license matter, the applicable app license controls.
Beta versions may contain unfinished features, change, or expire. Any applicable TestFlight terms also apply to beta distribution. Website previews do not guarantee a release date or that every previewed feature will be available in a particular version.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available, without additional warranties of reliability, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee that files, transfers, or location information will always be complete or accurate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of After Exposure are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website, including losses related to failed transfers or damaged or lost files. The applicable app license may contain additional warranty and liability provisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may revise these terms and will identify changes with an updated date on this page. When applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, we will provide it.
